That's actually kinda cool. I always found it fascinating that peanuts, potatos, etc had toxins to discourage their consumption... but a tree using release a gas is just fascinating.

Hi,
This Is Very Interesting That Trees Talks through emission of gases. Their is one more theory about tree talking through electric pulses, known as W-waves.These waves travel much slowly then the electromagnetic waves.
